It has 52" blade span, 14 degree blade pitch and a lifetime motor warranty. Integrated light kit includes one 100 watt minican bulb and a cap for non light kit usage. Total depth with and without light is 11 1/2". Optional full function wall control available. A Minka Aire Designer series fan.
