 Free Shipping Policy  
 
Free shipping is available to all customers in the contiguous United States with orders totaling $99 and up on standard ground shipping only. Free shipping does not apply to Aladdin Chandelier Lifts and spare or replacement parts.

 Damaged Items  
 
Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge, only up to 7 days upon receiving item(s). After this 7 day time period, customer may be subject to a minor replacement fee and/or shipping charges for replacing unit(s) damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged fixture(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped at no cost. WeGotLites.com will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. If you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will be subject to our standard return policy.

We would like to assure you that our fixtures are made from top quality materials and workmanship & we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. To prove our confidence in our products, we are offering a 10 year warranty with all of our fixtures against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period of time, we will repair or replace the chandelier free of charge, assuming the item is maintained properly.

All the matching results will come up for you and all you have to do is click on the one that you want.
Add to cart, then simply check out using the payment methods that suit you most.

The second way to find what you're looking for is going into the main section of the item you are looking for and simply look at the sub categories to see which most closely matches your item.
After you add the items you desired to your shopping cart, simply follow the check out process, select the payment methods that suit you most...and your order will be processed.

 Shipping Policy  
 

We make every effort to ship items stocked in our warehouses within 7-10 business days. Shipping times are dependent on the manufacturer and average between 3-12 business days if the product is in stock with the manufacturer. Shipping is done with various freight carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, & various LTL freight carries (for heavy freight).

Free shipping is available to all customers with orders equal to $99 or more in the contiguous United States. (Ground shipments only)

Free Shipping does not apply to Aladdin Light Lifts (ie: ALL200, ALL300, etc.) Customers will incur a small shipping fee of $29.95 for each chandelier light lift shipped in the US. Small shipping fees may apply to replacement parts not covered past the point of warranty.

Residents in Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada will incur a small shipping fee, depending upon total weight of the order. For a shipping quote, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-415-4837.

 Out-of-Stock Products  
 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ships 24-48 Hours after the Charge has been processed. For orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any Major Holiday orders will be processed 24-48 Hours of the next business working day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

 Multiple Product Orders  
 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

New York State Sales Tax at the rate of 8.375% of order total is applied on all orders shipped or picked up in the state of New York.

 Returns, Cancellations, or Damaged Items  
 

Store Return Policy:

Customers have 7 days from receiving any item to call in a return. The item(s) can not be assembled or installed prior to returning. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from WeGotLites. Once a RGA Authorization Form is sent to customer, they have 7 days to return a signed copy to WeGotLites; either Fax, Email, or US Mail. This strict time-period is to ensure WeGotLites can return merchandise to appropriate manufacturer in a reasonable time-frame. It is important that you repackage any return very carefully in the original packing. If the return is not due to manufacturer defects, a restocking fee will apply. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee; shipping funds will not be refunded. All returns are issued as store credit only; not even money.

Return Policy for Special Orders:

Any order containing a discount of any kind, including a promotional sale/discount, “best offer” price, etc. will be considered FINAL SALE. Sale, discounted, closeout, custom-made or modified items are also considered final sale and under no circumstance can be returned for store credit. Products not available on the website, including orders with customized price quotes and/or orders with special discounted items purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Replacement and/or spare parts for any item purchased (including crystal prisms) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Cancellation:

Entire or partial orders can be canceled before 7pm EST on the day the order is placed. For example, if you place your order at 10pm, you have until 7pm the following day to cancel your order. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on order processing. Orders can not be canceled after the manufacturer has processed or shipped the items.


Freight Damage:

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify the office of WeGotLites no later than 7 days upon receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged fixture(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped at no cost. WeGotLites.com will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. If you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will be subject to our standard return policy.

 Pricing / Typographical Errors  
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, WeGotLites/Brooklyn Essentials obtains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WeGotLites/Brooklyn Essentials shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been completed. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, and your order is canceled, WeGotLites/Brooklyn Essentials shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
