| Cancellations |

We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order, if necessary. However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you. In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been canceled, we will credit your account.
Entire or partial orders can be canceled within one hour of the order being placed. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on order processing. Orders can not be canceled after the manufacturer has processed or shipped the items. Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by calling a customer service representative Toll Free at 1-866-415-4837. Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by form of email. Once you speak with a representative and confirm that your order may be canceled at that time, you will receive an email confirming that your We Got Lites order has successfully been canceled. Your order will remain "In Process" and not successfully canceled unless you receive a confirmation via email that your order was canceled.
If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Please contact Customer Support for return instructions.
We cannot cancel orders in which we have received a deposit towards the full purchase price. Layaway payment plan orders cannot be under any circumstance modified/edited or canceled. Payments received towards a layaway plan are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to a new order.
Any order that has been rushed or expedited is considered a final sale and can NOT be canceled, modified, or returned.

| Layaway Payment Plan Policy |
|
| Accounts will be processed on the first business day of each month, up to 12
months interest free, until the order is paid in full. After 12 months, if your account is not paid in full,
there will be a 10% monthly interest rate which will be added to your total balance. Your monthly
payment is calculated using the following formula:
Example of a typical 12-month layaway payment plan:
Order total: $999.00
12-Month payment of $83.25 per month, interest free
Orders must meet or exceed $249.00 USD in total to qualify. Merchandise does not ship until the full
balance is paid off. You may pay off the remaining balance at any given time with no additional fee.
Layaway payment plan orders cannot be under and circumstance modified/edited or canceled.

Free Shipping Everyday
Orders over $99 ship our ground service free of charge (excludes AK, HI and International shipments). Some exclusions apply: Aladdin light lifts, replacement parts not covered under warranty, items considered "over-sized" (non FedEx or UPS shippable products), wholesale/trade orders, custom-made merchandise orders, spare parts and/or accessories, and miscellaneous parts purchase are not available to be shipped for free; you may get a shipping calculation at checkout.
Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Shipments
Free shipping does not apply to customers residing outside of the contiguous 48 states. To obtain a shipping rate, simply enter the product(s) you're interested in purchasing into your Shopping Cart. Once you have finalized the products/quantity, click Proceed To Checkout. This will prompt you to enter your shipping address. You will then see the calculated shipping cost and shopping cart total, all in one step.
Address Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout to avoid delays in orders, or possible order cancellations.
Truck Delivery Items
Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to
schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery
and sign for the shipment. WeGotLites, Inc will not be held accountable for any additional fees a customer might incur during a transaction such as customs/duty fees, reschedule fees, or lift gate/residential delivery fees.
Delivery Times
We make it our best effort to ship in stock items within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Once shipped from our facility, we cannot make any guarantees for delivery times dependent upon a
shipping carrier. If any delivery arrives earlier or later than a promised time frame, WeGotLites, Inc.
can and will not be held accountable for the shipping carriers estimated delivery date. Full or partial
shipping refunds will not be issued due to the nondelivery of products.
Refused Shipments
We Got Lites, Inc. makes our best efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner, therefore as stated on our Cancellations area, we have a one-hour cancellation period from the time an order is placed for any cancellations or order changes. If for some reason you decide that your order has been shipped and en-route to your delivery address and you wish to return your order, please do not refuse your delivery. Your order will be subject to our Return Policy and you may incur additional fees. If the shipping carrier we provide attempts deliveries, and the recipient refuses the delivery for any reason and the shipment gets returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for covering costs of original shipment fees, re-routing delivery fees (returning fees), as well as our 25% restocking fee. The remaining balance, if one, will be issued as a store credit. This form of reimbursement and fees above are non-negotiable and the cardholder is agreeing to these Terms & Conditions when placing an order through WeGotLites.com, or through a sales representative at We Got Lites, Inc.
Damaged Merchandise

Short-Shipped Items
Customers must report missing or non-delivered item(s) from their order no later than 14 days from their delivery date. For example, any order containing a quantity of 2 of a specific in stock item, but only received a quantity of 1, must report this short-ship within 14 days. This also applies to orders in which shipping carriers confirm that a shipment has been delivered, with a claim that the packages have not been received by recipient. Any request within this nature past the 14 day period will not be eligible for a free replacement of products. Depending on the event, an appropriate claim will be filed with the correct carrier or department, and may take 30 calendar days to receive an report of the findings. Exceptions to this policy include any product(s) on an order which are back-ordered or special order items.

- The actual cash value of a WeGotLites Virtual Gift Card is 1/10 of one cent.
- WeGotLites Virtual Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a traditional WeGotLites Gift Card, nor can they be used to purchase a traditional WeGotLites Gift Card.
