| Cancellations |
|
| We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every
attempt to cancel your order. However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you.
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we will need to confirm with the individual
manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has
been cancelled, we will credit your account.
Entire or partial orders can be canceled before 7pm EST on the day the order is placed. For example, if
you place your order at 10pm, you have until 7pm the following day to cancel your order. Cancellation
fees may apply, depending on order processing. Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by
calling customer support at 1-866-415-4837 or by contacting us.
If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the
shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Please contact Customer Support for
return instructions.
We cannot cancel orders in which we have received a deposit towards the full purchase price. Layaway
payment plan orders cannot be under any circumstance modified/edited or canceled. Payments
received towards a layaway plan are non-refundable. |

| Damaged Merchandise |

| Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products
are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition.
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy.
Be sure to notify both the carrier and WeGotLites, Inc. within 7 days of delivery to report the damage.
Please keep all packing materials. WeGotLites, Inc. will pay the return shipping fee for products that are
received damaged. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be
shipped at no cost. WeGotLites, Inc. will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement
parts or products. If you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will
be subject to our standard return policy. |

| Layaway Payment Plan Policy |
|
| Accounts will be processed on the first business day of each month, up to 12
months interest free, until the order is paid in full. After 12 months, if your account is not paid in full,
there will be a 4.5% monthly interest rate which will be added to your total balance. Your monthly
payment is calculated using the following formula:
Example of a typical 12-month layaway payment plan:
Order total: $999.00
12-Month payment of $83.25 per month, interest free
Orders must meet or exceed $249.00 USD in total to qualify. Merchandise does not ship until the full
balance is paid off. You may pay off the remaining balance at any given time with no additional fee.
Layaway payment plan orders cannot be under and circumstance modified/edited or canceled.
Payments received towards a layaway plan are non-refundable. |

| Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit Policy |

Standard Return Policy:
Please inspect shipments upon receipt. Many products are fragile and may sustain damage during
transit. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify WeGotLites no later
than 7 days upon receiving your order for replacement parts. Customers have 7 days upon receiving
an unassembled and uninstalled item to initiate a return. No returned merchandise will be accepted
without an RGA issued by our staff. Credit will be given for the price of a product less a 25% restocking
fee and the original freight. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are issued as store
credit only. WeGotLites Inc. will not be held accountable for any additional fees a customer might incur
during a transaction, such as brokerage/customs fees, taxes, duties, electrician reschedule fees, or
back-charge fees due to wrongful disputes.
Return Policy for Special Orders:
Any order containing a discount of any kind, including a promotional sale/discount, "best offer" price,
etc. will be considered FINAL SALE. Sale, discounted, closeout, custom-made or modified items are also
considered final sale and under no circumstance can be returned for store credit. Products not available
on the website, including orders with customized price quotes and/or orders with special discounted
items purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Replacement and/or
spare parts purchased (including crystal prisms) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Freight Damage:
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain
damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has
been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify the office of WeGotLites no later than 7 days upon
receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the
carrier to credit your account for the damaged fixture(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the
damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped at no cost.
WeGotLites.com will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. If
you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will be subject to our
standard return policy. |

Shipping Charges
Orders over $99 ship our ground service free of charge (excludes AK, HI and Intl.). Also excludes all
Aladdin light lifts, replacement parts not covered under warranty, spare parts and/or accessories, and
miscellaneous parts purchased.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipments
Free shipping does not apply to customers residing outside of the contiguous 48 states. WeGotLites.com
is happy to ship worldwide. To obtain a shipping rate, our website unfortunately cannot calculate the
shipping rate at the time checkout. A shipping rate will be determined once you have submitted your
order. To get the most accurate shipping rate to your country, please feel free to call us toll free
1-866-415-4837 or contact us.
Address Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical
address during checkout.
Truck Delivery Items
Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to
schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery
and sign for the shipment.
Delivery Times
We make it our best effort to ship in stock items within 3-10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Once shipped from our facility, we cannot make any guarantees for delivery times dependent upon a
shipping carrier. If any delivery arrives earlier or later than a promised time frame, WeGotLites, Inc.
can and will not be held accountable for the shipping carriers estimated delivery date. Full or partial
shipping refunds will not be issued due to the nondelivery of products.

| The following Terms & Conditions govern use of the WeGotLites Virtual Gift Card. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
• WeGotLites Virtual Gift Cards may be treated as cash.
• WeGotLites Virtual Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
• The actual cash value of a WeGotLites Virtual Gift Card is 1/10 of one cent.
• WeGotLites Virtual Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a traditional WeGotLites Gift Card, nor can they be used to purchase a traditional WeGotLites Gift Card.
• WeGotLites Virtual Gift Cards cannot be used as payment(s) on Lay-Away accounts.
• A WeGotLites Virtual Gift Card is immediately redeemable once the recipient receives our e-mail notification, which is sent within one-two business days of the completion of your confirmed order.
• Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a WeGotLites Virtual Gift Card.
• Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
